We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities, including exclusive toiletries and a spacious room, that this hotel offered. the location was also a great advantage for us as it was in close proximity to the airport. the buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic variety of high-quality food and great service.
The hotel fell short in terms of service as we experienced a minor issue with the replacement of our personal toothbrush. Management could benefit from providing more training and coaching to their staff.

Great amenities and location! The room was spacious and well-equipped, with free toiletries and comfy slippers. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The dining atmosphere was also very pleasant. The hotel's proximity to the international airport made it convenient for our romantic escape.
There were a few issues that brought down the overall experience. it took some intervention from our tour leader to receive the welcome fruit that was supposed to be included.
